Return Window
FRAUXD accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
